Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped the next working day after payment funds have cleared, items will be sent via Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Customers will be notified by email once items have been dispatched, all items will be sent using 2nd class postage unless otherwise agreed and paid for. Glass items can not be covered by insurance when posted, this is policy of the courier. Glass items posted are posted at customers own risk, Jaunty Seagull is not responsible for breakage or damage to glass items during transportation and delivery.

Where possible we reuse packaging and packing materials to help the environment and also to keep your postage costs as low as possible.

Items made to order, such as Jaunty Seagull doorstops will be subject to a 10 working day turn around from the order date, this time could be subject to change depending on the time of year. Summer seasons will see an increase on these turnaround times.
Return & Exchange Policy
As a small independent business we only offer a full refund on faulty items, any other items returned will be issued a credit note or the option of an exchange. Refunds and exchanges can only be made within 28 days of purchase and the original receipt will also be required.
